Artwork Story:  The story is The Aboriginal Flag, yellow represents the sun, the reds represent the earth and hills and mountains, the dark grey represent the dark skin Aboriginal people and the light grey represent the light skin Aboriginal people like me, the light grey could represent the white people to a flag for all and there's our Australian flag.

Artist Bio: Stephen Berger is a Central Arrernte man, based in Albury NSW and his work is centred around his intimate recollections of the desert landscapes of Alice Springs. Stephen's approach is quite and considered, a repetitious practice of mark making which is intrinsically meditative.
